"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I had to exchange the size I ordered, and it was way easier than I expected. Support replied quickly, walked me through the steps, and the return label was simple to sort out. The new one arrived without any fuss, which I really appreciated. It made the whole thing feel like the company actually cares about making things right. I’d definitely order again.

I’d looked around on a few other sites and, as far as I could tell, everyone else was out of the item I needed. usamm.com actually had it available to order, which was a relief. Checkout was simple enough, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

"Nice looking medal mount overall"
The medals came mounted really nicely and looked clean right out of the package. I do wish the finish/details had been checked just a little more closely, but overall they looked great and I’m happy with how they turned out.

"Fast Delivery, But My Order Wasn't Quite Right"
My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but when I opened everything up, I noticed a couple of the items were wrong and one thing was missing altogether. I had to reach out to customer service to get it sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it was definitely a little annoying since I was expecting everything to be correct the first time.

"Decent, But My Wallet Felt the Drama"
I ordered from usamm it was fine. The item showed up without any chaos, looked good, and there were no major disasters to report. That said, for the price, I was kind of expecting a little more sparkle, you know? It’s not bad value by any means, but it didn’t exactly sweep me off my feet either. I’d maybe order again if there was a sale, but next time I’m definitely doing a price check before letting my money make another dramatic exit

I was surprised by how good the prices were!!! I checked a few other places before ordering, and usamm.com ended up being cheaper for what I needed. The whole thing felt easy, and I didn’t feel like I was overpaying at all!!! Happy with the deal I got!!!

I had a good experience using usamm. The site was easy to get around, and I found what I needed quick without having to click through a bunch of pages. Checkout were simple too, and nothing felt confusing. I always appreciate when a website just works and don’t make things harder than it needs to be. I’d use it again.

I liked the way usamm looked pretty much right away. The pages are clean and not all over the place, so it was easy for me to look around without feeling lost. The pictures and info are laid out nicely, and the site loaded well too. Overall, it feels professional but still simple... nothing flashy or confusing, just a clean presentation.

"Helpful support, just a bit slow at first"
I had a question about my order and customer service was helpful. It did take a little while to hear back, which was a bit annoying, but once they replied, you could tell they were trying to sort it out. They fixed the issue and were easy to deal with. Not totally perfect, but overall it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

I really liked how many customization options there were. It took me a few minutes to get the ribbon rack set up exactly how I wanted it — had to pause and double-check a couple things — but it ended up coming out just right. Overall, the process was simple.

I ordered a couple ribbons and a medal set from USAMM, i was weirdly excited when I opened the package because they looked SO good. The colors were spot on, the mounting felt solid, and nothing had that cheap, flimsy feel I was half expecting.
I was a little nervous about ordering this kind of thing online, but wow, total relief. Everything looked clean, sharp, and held up great on my uniform. I may have stared at them for longer than necessary, but seriously, the quality was impressive...
